Refund & Cancellation Policy

Indicator purchases: no refund after purchase

Technical Trader AI provides a free three-day demo of all three indicators so customers can evaluate the products before purchasing. Because indicator access is digital and can be activated promptly, indicator purchases are non-refundable after purchase, except for duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, failure by us to deliver the purchased access, or rights that cannot legally be limited.

We strongly recommend completing the free three-day indicator demo before choosing a paid indicator or bundle subscription.

Expert Advisor purchases: three-day back-out period

TT Viper and TT Beast are sold together as one Expert Advisor package and do not include a demo. A customer may request to back out of the original EA purchase within three calendar days of the transaction. The request must be emailed to support@technicaltrader.ai before that three-day period expires.

Approved EA back-outs require the licence and access to be deactivated. This three-day period applies to the original EA purchase and does not restart on a renewal. Requests made after the three-day period are non-refundable except for duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, non-delivery by us, or rights that cannot legally be limited.

Recurring subscription cancellation

Indicator and EA subscription plans are recurring payments and renew automatically for the billing period selected at checkout. To prevent the next renewal, contact support@technicaltrader.ai at least 48 hours before the next due date.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Access normally continues until the end of the already-paid period. Partial or prorated refunds are not provided for unused time, except where required by applicable law.

How to submit a request

Include the purchase email, Stripe transaction date, product, plan and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Stripe, bank and card processing times are outside our control.
